Tilton and Associates, Inc., is a Civil Engineering and Land Surveying Firm located in North Attleborough, Massachusetts.

Larry Tilton, PLS, founded Tilton and Associates, Inc. in 1993 after operating S.M.R. Surveying and Engineering for fifteen years. Tilton and Associates has successfully completed many complex engineering and surveying projects in the eastern Massachusetts region. Several high-profile projects located in the firm's home community of North Attleborough, MA include: Emerald Square Mall, Showcase Cinemas, Toys R Us, Stop & Shop, Borders Books, and Tweeter. Tilton and Associates has provided technical expertise and logistical support for many other national corporations such as K-Mart, BJ's Wholesale Club, Barnes & Noble Bookstores, MIJA Industries, and the Massachusetts Lottery Commission.

In 1997, Tilton and Associates, Inc. acquired AM Engineering, a CiVil Engineering and Land Surveying Firm located in Stratford, Connecticut. AM Engineering has a rich history in Connecticut, having successfully completed many high-profile projects including Showcase Cinemas in Manchester, CT; Sikorsky Warehouse; Assembly Facilities in Shelton, CT; and extensive work on the construction of the Connecticut Turnpike.

Tilton and Associates, in addition to its large clients, provides stand-out services to a range of smaller clients on project types ranging from single-lot subdivisions, house stakeouts, and sanitary system designs to large, multi-lot subdivisions and unique projects such as Plainridge Racecourse in Plainville, MA.
